All Fort Myers home inspections and Tampa home inspections are conducted by the inspector according to NACHI guidelines and ethics. If any problems are detected, the inspector may recommend further evaluation. Also feel free to talk to the inspector during the home inspection.
How the reports are delivered
All Fort Myers home inspections and Tampa home inspections are delivered to you quickly.
The "Affordable" Property Inspection report and picture files are emailed to you the next day if you have internet capabilities, but we also mail out a report package to you by Priority Mail the day after your home inspection.
This report package includes a bound home inspection report, a change of address packet, a moving checklist, a realty glossary, information on smoke detectors, home safety, security and disaster preparedness.
Why don't we offer those instant "onsite" reports?
Because the home inspector takes the time to evaluate the photographs and other information gathered onsite so he can give you a more thorough and understandable report after careful review.
After 27 years in Florida in the inspection business, we feel you get a better, easier to read report this way, and you don't have to stay at the property with the inspector as long. We don't take up the time you, your agent, or the homeowner while we complete the report onsite. We respect the fact that your lives are very busy and time is a valuable commodity during the home buying/selling process. (Due to the sub-tropical climate, Fort Myers home inspections and Tampa home inspections are slightly different and take more expertise to develop).
